This meant the water got into the sheetrock and the floor and started to create that mildew smell and visibly showed mold. This customer really loved their bathroom and so we tore everything out and replaced it with new sheet rock on one wall, sub floor and all new tile and fresh new paint job with all new trim. We took the measurements that were needed so the customer was able to order their own door.
